The reinforced concrete structure of our houses is studied by a specialist Technical Office, taking into account the recommendations of the geotechnician who carried out the soil study, as well as the paraseismic rules.
The foundations are often of the ground beam type on ground tables but can also be seated on pits or on reconstituted soil if required.
The substrate is made from either blocks or reinforced concrete if required.
The floors are also made from reinforced concrete with prestressed beams and slabs.
The mounted walls are made from 20 cm hollow concrete blocks but can also be produced in "Monomur"-type bricks on request.
The supports and sills are tiled, or less frequently made from stone or poured concrete.
The framework, also covered by the paraseismic rules, consists of trusses for the uninhabitable attic parts, or with timber panels and rafters.
The “génoises”, generally consisting of one row on the ground floor and two rows on the first floor, are made from curved tiles, with a decorative leaf in some areas.
The ceiling is made from plasterboard on a steel frame, with mineral-wool insulation.
The walls are given a bonded doubling consisting of a setting coat and insulation adapted to the region: mineral wool or expanded polystyrene.
The partitions are constructed on a steel frame with screwed boards, where applicable with reinforcement of soundproofing.
All thermal insulation easily satisfies the requirements of the RT 2000 rules.
Compliance with the paraseismic rules.
Joinery
The exterior joinery, often in extruded PVC but also in varnished wood or aluminium, join specially treated double-glazing.
The front door is made from wood, with integrated insulating material, and fitted with a three-point security lock.
The shutters are made from solid wood 32 mm thick, with tall rebates. The roller shutters can be made from PVC or aluminium, and powered if required.
The grilles on small windows are made from decorative ironwork.
The interior doors have beaded postformed facings.
