Since June, 2007 - With Devisubox... Follow your house to grouth without having to move !

To follow the construction of its house from day to day without having to move is possible henceforth since June, 2007. The builder Mas Provence is the first French builder to have adopted the Devisu box technology © and to offer to his customers a total transparency.
The box Devisu © is a machine which takes for the customer of the photos of progress of the construction of its house. The customer has to care about nothing : the photo is taken for him automatically every day at a same time and is immediately passed on to him by email. The customer can then find her on an on-line picture library on Internet, accessible from a personal access code. The system goes farther and allows the customer all the time of a simple click on the web site of the builder to pilot itself the boitier to ask for a new photo !

It is about a tool particularly adapted to the customers "delocalized" by Mas Provence which make build their house in Provence but cannot come there regularly. Fed by a battery or a solar panel and equipped with a connection GSM for the transfers of photos, the box Devisu © requires no cabling. It settles down within 10 minutes : it is enough to put it so that it begins its work of photographer.

As a supplement to this boitier, the Devisubox company equipped the foremen of Mas Provence of a software of grip of photo directly installed on their mobile phone. This small dedicated software shows the list of the active construction sites of the foreman and allows him, of a click on its telephone, to take a photo of the last elements of progress. Of a second click, it passes on them real time to enrich its picture library.

For Maurice Armand, Representative to Mas Provence, at the origin of the idea, this tool joins in the Charter Quality of the builder and allows to reassure the future owners. This initiative goes to the sense of a maximum information of the customers, as well as recommends it the NF brand Single-family dwelling, certification obtained from 2001 by the builder.
