MAS PROVENCE is the regional leader in the construction of medium to top of the range bespoke housing.
Its expertise also extends into the area of renovation or extension of houses, as well as the construction of offices, shops or small blocks of flats.
Understanding and mastery of the techniques involved, as well as tradition, ingenuity, innovation and above all rigour, are the assets MAS PROVENCE has to offer.

Concern for the long term

Each Year MAS PROVENCE built almost 250 houses in the whole area of la Grande Provence, from Menton to Montpellier and from Marseille to Gap, giving a turnover of about 40 Million Euro.
They are near two hundred quality main residences, but also some fifty or so second homes for clients from all walks of life (some preparing for retirement) from France, Europe and from all over the world.

Proximity, rigour, friendliness

The MAS PROVENCE family includes nearly eighty staff members spread throughout the whole of Provence.
Each team of from four to twelve people is lead by a boss who is available, happy to listen and competent.

The level of satisfaction, the guarantee of development

To date MAS PROVENCE has finished more than 2000 buildings, and has as many customers passing on a message of confidence. It is thanks to them that things have snowballed; development reinforced by word of mouth.

The MAS PROVENCE Quality Assurance Plan is overseen by an ESTP Engineer, Aurélie SASSIER;
MAS PROVENCE follows a systematic procedure for each construction project, involving a geo-technical study, a reinforced concrete study, and conforms to all relevant seismic, acoustic and thermal regulations.

This additional monitoring was formalized in January 2000 with the achievement of Marque NF Maison Individuelle certification. MAS PROVENCE thus became the 1st house builder with this certification in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.

Tradition revived and innovation mastered

Soil and reinforced concrete technical studies by a specialist practice,
Quality Assurance Plan by the technical engineer responsible + regular monitoring by CEQUAMI (NF label),
Property damage insurance,
Guarantees of reimbursement of progress payments and of handover at an agreed price and timescale. Ten-year and two-year liability insurance.
